We are currently experiencing an outage in our LA facility. We have identified the issue to be upstream of our internal network and power infrastructure. Our on site team is currently communicating with Coresite engineers to identify the root cause of the network outage. This does appear to be affecting multiple ISPs in the area and we will provide updates as they become available.
We understand the importance of returning all services to full capacity and are working diligently to ensure that happens as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and we will provide updates as soon as possible.
