If you or one of your team members are receiving higher than usual pings in the game server then you will want to send us a traceroute to the server. In order for us to help you out further, you will need to post your IP address and a traceroute TO your server. The reason why we need this information is because the internet is asymmetrical by nature (the transmit path will be different than the return path for packets), therefor we cannot see your inbound path, only outbound.
